Need a hand?

I didn't get my confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, open Chalk, go to sign in, and tap to send it again. Open the email on your phone, where Chalk is installed.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and we'll email you a link. Open it on your phone and choose a new one.

I opened a link on my laptop and nothing happened.

Chalk's links open the app, so they need to be opened on your phone. Ask for a fresh one in the app and open that email on your phone.

Something's wrong with an event.

Tap the event, then Something wrong? at the bottom, and tell us what's up. We'll check with the pub.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the ME tab and tap Delete account. Everything linked to your account goes with it. See our privacy policy for the details.

I run a pub. How do I get on Chalk?

It's free. Email hello@findchalk.com with your pub's name and we'll get you set up.
